South Division Credit Union Management Team is meeting daily to review and discuss any updates regarding the Coronavirus. Our Management Team is taking precautionary measures to ensure a clean and safe environment for all of our employees and members. Letter from the President

Dear Members,

The health and well-being of our members and staff continue to be our top priority. As such, we are regularly monitoring the fluidity of the situation surrounding COVID-19 and the rapidly-evolving set of local and federal recommendations and protocols put in place on a daily basis.

To continue best serving our members, we are implementing the following procedures, effective Monday, March 23:

  • Our Drive-Up Window (located at 9059 S. Kedzie location) will be open during their regular business hours and available for all teller transactions.
  • All ATM machines owned and operated by the Credit Union, including those located at our facilities, will be open. SDCU ATM/Debit Cards are accepted at all ATMs. For free access and convenient locations, please visit our website at www.sdcu.org, search under “Helpful Tools.” Remaining Credit Union facilities will be closed to members as of Monday, March 23. Deposits can be made throughout the day and evening in our deposit drop boxes.
  • We will continue to accept loan applications over the phone and via our Website and On-Line Banking. We will continue to complete and disburse all loans via our Docusign services.
  • Our Call Center (708-857-7070) will continue to operate during normal business hours. Our TeleVoice audio teller is available 24/7 for phone transactions such as balance inquiries, transfers and check withdrawals (708-857-2903 or 800-392-3704).
  • Our full-service Website, Mobile App, TeleVoice, and Online Banking capabilities will continue to be at your service 24/7. (If you are not currently enrolled in Online Banking, Bill Pay, Direct Deposit or Mobile App user, please see the information below for set-up instructions, or call 708-857-7070 for assistance.) The Credit Union remains fully prepared to handle all of your financial needs. We will continue to communicate with you via email and our website as circumstances necessitate.

How to Set Up Online Banking

  1. Go to SDCU website – www.sdcu.org
  2. Click Online Services, Online Banking, then Enroll Now
  3. It will inform you that you are leaving the SDCU website, click okay
  4. You will now see Matrix 21for login. Follow the steps below:

First time into MATRIX21?

Login ID = Your Member Number
Password = Temporary Password*

*Temporary passwords are ONLY VALID ONE TIME. Please type in the characters carefully. After entering Matrix21, you will immediately be prompted to create your own password. You must do so at this time! Remember, passwords are case sensitive. Verify that CAPS LOCK is turned off.

After Password creation, you will be directed to set up your Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) security profile (your "secret phrase", answers to three questions, and registering your computer). If you are unfamiliar with MFA, it is recommended you view the short video before launching your first logon.
